Thanks for this apparent information--- I agree, a very good sign.
I am more concerned about the sensor tech, though. From a "greater good" standpoint, I'd really like to see the solar tech take off, but I am uncertain of its value in the marketplace, given the varieties of similar technologies that seem to also exist. Solyndra and such companies didn't help the solar thing or its potential for funding in the US market, and it "feels" like it's years away from serious development. I'd be really happy to learn I was wrong about that. I think a Georgia univ was developing a similar tech about the same time as Nasa was, so there may be competition that the sensor technologies don't have. And the ease of manufacturing for this tech seems murky.
So like all, hoping for the best for the sensor SAA. I should mention that the July shipment is maybe some sort of reward (+ Beta testing "bonus" that Kickstarter contributors get in exchange for their $75,0000 get-to-market contribution), so the timeline for market distribution may be a bit different (like inclusion in Iphone 6 or something, we hope). It seems like this is shifting to a different sphere, the patent rights sphere, and a renewed SAA would need to reflect distributions of technology rights, for money distribution, and so on.
Tonight I'll channel some good vibes to MSGI through a beer.
