GESI without a doubt will come.
From financial closing, NTP (notice to proceed) - which states that conditions are right and the owners/clients agree to who is building and that the contractors themselves (if available to start or finished with a previous job) are ready to start, and that all the planning etc etc etc is PERFECT - it will take about 2years to build a plant of this class.

This isn't a house, or a typical structure, it has moving parts which require precision if they want max efficency and no problems down the line.

Granted the hard part is over...the financing.
But, the build isn;t over night. The company that will be building or taking on a job like this also needs to brush up and double check/verify all their certifications for liability reasons and i am sure GESI is looking over all their credientals as well. ANYONE of these things can postpone the build by a couple weeks or a couple months.

-Weather
-Certifications
-Contractors to be on location (which requires housing and accomications for each employee cause i guarntee they don;t live down the street)
-3rd -4th -5th reviewal of plans (this is 45M we are discussing here)
-Approval from state to beging construction (state might want them to wait for any number of reasons to safeguard the workers, the land, their investment etc etc)
-material to be delivered
-Heck maybe the foreman got fired...

POINT BEING - go build one yourself in a rushed haphazard kind of format and see how it works for you. If you can't (i can't) then research what goes in to building something of this magnitude.

GESI has delivered on more than enough to ensure me (in an industry like this) that the remainder of the job is downhill. Why go 3/4 the way to just turn around?
