Last dec.-About dilution. You seem to blow that horn a great deal. There is only one reason any company goes public. That is to have access to money to make their business grow. We
need to fund our growth. We do that with our shares. Every public company does this. Over the last year we have grown more then the entire previous 5 years combined. I will not
borrow money and burden the company with debt.
I was an IPO analyst for years and hosted a national seminar tour years back where 250,000 came to our event and I taught them about finding value in IPOs. Companies like IC
Places needs to be looked at with the same eyes as an IPO.
1) Look at the market place we are in. Is it sizable enough to support a company like our?
2) Look at the niche. What is our unique niche in that market place?
3) Does the company have a management with the skill set to follow through with the vision and make it happen.
If these are all green lights and you can understand what the company does then it may warrant an investment.
You don't look at book value or EPS. IPOs and stocks like ours trade based peoples perception of future value.
For us the growth phase had been longer because we did not raise 10 million dollars. Instead we self funded. Of the shares outstanding myself and rest of management owns over
70% of the float. Some shares where issued to bring in funding and other shares where given to board members and employes that where willing to forgo any income because
they believed so much in what we are doing. In the last 6 years insiders have sold somewhere around 220,000 shares.
