Good news! The SAA2-402519 was renewed for another 2 years! So, we have both SAA in place. This is what I received from NASA.

"NASA can confirm that we have two (2) active Space Act Agreements with MSGI.

SAA2-402519 was renewed for an additional two (2) years and SAA2-402692 was executed in April, 2012."
