Is item 3 still true? Only authorized persons can get share structure?

What Mr. Lund was saying was that the person(s) listed as the officers per the NVSOS could authorize him to give the share structure out. Like Morey allowing Mr. Lund to give the SS to Joby 2 years ago.

So it's not "only authorized persons can get share strucutre", rather, it's only authorized persons can authorize the T/A to give it out. If they don't want him to, he doesn't. So he never gave it out to me, but did tell me it remained unchanged.
