That site says nothing about "figuring" the float, it's all guesswork according to Jimmy and Jinny or whoever. You seriously think that's a good learning tool?
The ONLY way to know the float is to ask the company and have it verified by the transfer agent, period, end of story. But if you come up with something else I'll be happy to look at it for you...
