***S&P 500 vs. SMH vs. NITE... as the S&P 500 tests it's recent bull-trend high from the October 2002 bottom, the SMH has seamlessly shifted to the downside... meanwhile, NITE the market maker still hasn't really confirmed anything but it could see itself triggered higher next week if it breaks $8.62 resistance...
