A lot of stocks are being down graded. Patriot is no exception. MM's are forcing this down on fear! Downturn in sales, down turn in exports, downturn in profit, downturn in economy! Bottom line is Market value. What this companies worth, hence target price.But as the market is behaving to Patriot is criminal. MMs wanting a big play here!
I believe it's coming bounce back after they can't push this down anymore!!!!
