My father went though it with another firm that they were trying to buy, it fell apart. Acquisitions are not simple, and most times there is a good reason why a company is being sold. This is different from the aspect of the relationship between GTGP and MSE. Contracts from cement companies is all it needs. IMO That cash flow and work load will be plenty to keep everything moving in the right direction. The panel project on the MSE site is also encouraging.
