R/S claims are totally false! This is a fully reporting company and any kind of split action should be filed and announced prior to execution. Let it be clear to everyone, the company has not filed anything like that. ALL R/S posts are entirely misleading...
No it isn't. AS increase was done pre-closing of Reverse Merger with KoolTel as there were NOT enough shares (this is standard procedure btw). Why would they then RS to reduce? Does not make sense. RS talk is just pure fear mongering! jmo
