I have said this since i got involved with GESI (SATM). An industry like this, which is in such rapid growth, and there are soo many eyes looking for clean energy solutions, there will never be a shortage of funding.
Either government, state, or some large corporation that wants to use it for publicity (to say they are "Green").

It makes me happy that they are keeping this among companies they (inRefco) know, this will most likely be companies who have done or been involved in this field before and know what to expect.
Meaning, if they secure 45million in financing for this plant...whoever is contributing knows without a doubt that it will pay off.

Snowball affect; they get financing for one plant, prove it is worth the large stake, they get investments in the next, and the next, and the next....till they drown in a sea of money etc...

Boy...downing never sounded soo good hahaha!
