CW unequivocally stated that there will be appeals by both sides regardless of the outcome. given that the court decision on the copax case can arrive before the fda decision, in the case where mnta wins, do you still think/believe teva will then drop its appeal and negotiate a settlement with mnta in the aftermath of an m-copax approval by the fda?

Yes, I still expect a Copaxone settlement if MNTA gets FDA approval before the litigation—including the appeal—has run its course.
