first patent ever filed on an e-cig was in 1963 filed by Herbert Gilbert. Did blu-cig buy this "patent" from him?

that company was bought out because they had a recognizable name and a nice market share. not because of a patent. LOTS of business to go around! there must be a couple hundred different types of ecigs on the market. is that company going after all of them lol!! good one! hahahahahahahahhahahahahaha.
