If she faxed the letter first, and mailed it to the DRMS, then it is allowable. Scooter was told this by Wally when she called the DRMS.

Yes the deadline was 6/6/12, and it appears she may have sent it, or faxed it, to someone who was on vacation.

It looks like this organization is into opposing any mining operation that involves water. They filed in multiple mine's DRMS reviews. I do not think they fully understand the engineering report that CGFI filed. How do tailings with a 15% moisture content placed in a containment structure with a liner barrier covered by a clear span structure have an "overflow"? Any movement of the earth would take a major catastrophe like an earthquake. That is what the seismic studies and landslide studies were for.
I believe that the DRMS will find very little to object to in this amendment.
She is demanding impractical requirements. IMHO
