If she is as you describe, I'll bet they will not allow her to be a "party" to the board meeting. Heck, I could claim I will be "damaged unless the mill is allowed to restart". Would my investment make that claim a legal one? IDK?
This "inform" organization may have a reputation as being a PIA, and the DRMS attorney may be fighting with them already. So far I don't think much from my research on them. I'm not an anti-environmentalist, but the information on their website seems contradictory. They claim to be protecting the environment AND economy of every Coloradan. Now which is the one to take precedence? The economy will benefit the most from reopening the mill. The environment will ultimately, also. The dry stack method will eliminate the tailings ponds that "inform"'s web page says it is so against. A cleanup of the tailings ponds is already underway at POW. More cleanups will be done if the dry stack process is approved.
Can't expect a small company to do cleanups without letting them operate. (and isn't what the environmental cleanup bond is for?)
