If it is true that there is no Mark Ussery, which I strongly suspect, or that Mark Ussery is a female, which I otherwise think it is possible, it should not be hard to get s/he to give up the ghost of RLTR.

Send MG a certified return receipt letter explaining your concerns and fears, and detailing possible violations of the law, writing it in such a way that it would be clearly understood by the Secretary of State, threatening civil action, including class action, making a report to the SEC and the IRS, and then sending copies to this Mark Ussery and all the state agencies here mentioned.

If he gets three or four like that, or more, there might be some sort of resolution prior to taking action. I once wrote such a letter to the Sec. of State in NC, and it got the ball rolling in some issue. The fear of maybe having to deal with an inquiry may be all that is needed.

A court action could be limited to asking a judge to give someone else control. Or maybe the Sec. of State might force their hand before anything that costs money takes place.

I would be happy if this management team decided to do something instead, but I do not see them getting off their butts.

After 7 or 8 years or whatever it's been I probably am going soft. LOL Not much left of me. I guess now would be the time for the REAL Mark U to stand up and say--Hey guys--I really am here. It would be pretty sad if he was made up by MG to keep us waiting for even longer--real sad. MG would have had no beef with most of us had he just said long ago that he gave this a shot and no dice. To make up something like this I believe would be criminal. So--I am hoping that he did not do that for our sake as well as his. The patience shown here over the years will most likely be legendary in pinky land for centuries to come. I really hope this hasn't been made up but if it has things will get interesting.
