I think JAG Food & Beverage LLC owns HFBG. Jessica A Gutierrez and LJ are members of that LLC. Have no idea what their percent involvment in that LLC is but I woould guess the Jessica owns more.
Its not a 50/50 individual ownership in HFBG but a 100% ownership by JAG Food & Beverage.
(HFBG is owned by JAG and LJ) What about your buddy BRAD he/was 50% owner of the super voting shares. Maybe Brad is the one dumping his shares any thoughts!! Btw hold onto those shares HFBG IS GETTING FOR THE NEXT RUN............ down to no bid!!!! weaselman said an R/S IS COMING.
(HFBG is owned by JAG and LJ JAG is from what I can tell, still President of a Company that is 50 percent owned by Larry Demetric Johnson the man who had the 4 point play. THE FOUR POINT PLAY is now in effect.)
