Sounds like someone missed the double bottom. Guess what, the stock is going up. I love being a trader, doesn't give me a lot of time to write about stocks I don't like, too busy making money trading.

apapa doesn't seem like you actually know what or how the library works or its worth. The only thing I think you have right is that she does not have exclusive rights to a lot of it.

Been lurking on this board for a while now and your total inept knowledge of the library made me want to post. Having been in the music duplication business before and for a long time, it's amazing how some people don't get it. She is most likely buying a library that gives her the rights to duplicate and or lease the music in said library. That means she can make compilations, Best ofs or just hits of certain time periods or styles. Looking at the sample of artwork on the website, there would be hardly any artist royalties due, she would still have to pay songwriter royalties though.

Quote, "asked him about her company and business and he said that she has non exclusive rights to sell anything in a multiple listing type arrangement. Anyone who wants to can do the same."

Sure that is possible IF you have the rights to duplicate. If not you will most likely you will receive letters asking for ownership, a cease and desist order and maybe a visit FBI or your State BI for Piracy and copyright infringement.

The value of the library is relative to your ability to exploit it in different markets. A perfect example of a company that has done just that would be Rhino Records. They pretty much started with oldies and prospered to where they are now.

Your 'cousin' doesn't seem too informed.
