I noticed that about Ameritrade this morning.
They had the last price at .035 and the ask at .045.
Now the last price is back at .09

Gap - that is a good thing; I surmise after reading the delisting rule that a MM had a quote out there and that resulted in the delisting. Formality to delist is how I see it - I surmise it can be fixed.
