Yes, I appreciate my casual, train of thought typeing can be a bit confusing.
And my restricition for being such a bad boy here means I can only type a few didgets a day.
What I was referring to is there seems to be many people who are now, and were in the past, blaming the trustee, the SEC, the Judge, the DOJ, etc, etc, not just blaming them for not doing "their job" - but even for by allowing things like this to happen. these accusers go so far as saying these other groups are actually at the roote of it all....they plan it, destroy a company, - so they can get all the big bussiness, fee's and spoils from having done so. They are making scuses.
It's done as another of those things to avoid taking responsibility for their own actions and invesnting groups of others that colluded to make this the perfect investment in a great company with a change the world product - not go to the moon! More reasons they should be able to collect huge maounts for all the wrongs done to them.
