As someone who voted for GWB in '00, and to put it simply, I find him to be untruthful (a lier) and without moral character as he floated his various excuses to obtain support for his pre-emptive invasion of Iraq, I find GWB to be a great divider. Why do I say that? Perhaps because GWB has made it quite clear, especially since his re-election, he no longer needs approval nor feels the need to explain anything to those who disagree with him - he's the War President and if you don't agree with his war policy you are anti-American, anti-military.
Just read this message board for a week - you'll see that message come through loud and clear from GWB supporters. Disagree with a poster who supports GWB, and you're called a "lefty", "lib", or worse. There is constant repeating of what can be heard on Rush and Sean's programs - the RNC's talking points.

Why am I so angry w/GWB? Perhaps it's also anger with myself for my judgement error in helping GWB get elected in '00 - I saw Al Gore as someone who didn't seem to know who he was. Shame on me for not realizing how inept GWB really is.

Karl Rove is poison, and is the worst thing that EVER happened to this nation. GWB would be better served to rid himself of KR. Will he? Of course not. GWB cannot think for himself which was abundently clear on 911 - while sitting in a 3rd grade FL classroom and given word about the airline attacks, GWB sat dumbfounded waiting for instructions on what to do next. You call that leadership?

GWB announced today there will be an investigation into what went right and what went wrong in NO last week...and he will head that investigation. When asked when this would begin and be concluded, GWB replied "over time".

I know I feel better knowing GWB will investigate his admin and the incompetence of his appointees in two critical departments - HS and FEMA, and this investigation will be concluded "over time". Don't you?
