Yes, very odd timing. What's worse to me is they don't even put a reason for the departure in the PR. Normally there is language about "left to pursue other opportunities" or something. Nothing at all here. Hard to take this as anything other than a bearish signal but who knows. I'll still be keeping an eye on ACHN.
