HHSE Film Library Deletions & Additions

HHSE $24.3M Film Library Valuation Report - 3/18/11:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=TDGI&id=45983

Since this Library Valuation HHSE has discontinued 4 Titles. However, HHSE also has many new Titles that have not been added to the Library Valuation yet.

5). OTHER ACQUISITION AND TITLE UPDATES – Parkinson led a discussion of the Company’s status for new title acquisitions, as well as an update on discontinued titles. During the past six months, the Company has contracted for the acquisition or release of eighteen new titles, not including the potential Phoenix multi-title venture, or three other, unannounced and pending multi-title ventures. During this same timeframe, the Company has discontinued four items from the catalog, three of which were not performing for the company and one which was lost due to an expiration of the underlying rights from the supplier to Hannover House. It was Parkinson’s belief that the value of the newly acquired titles represents a six-to-one valuation over the discontinued items, and that these titles represent a more dynamic sales line-up for the immediate market trends.

The 4 discontinued Titles were not performing so personally, I am not even going to waste my time listing them.

I may have forgotten a few Titles and there may be a few acquisitions that have not been announced yet. The point is considering both Library Deletions & Additions the Hannover House Film Library has drastically increased in value. Since the Library was valued at $24.3M in March 2011, it is not unrealistic to place a current value of approaching $40M or higher.

This is probably all a moot point however, because several months ago HHSE stated they were in the process of having a new Film Library Valuation being performed.
