Rich posted The FTC filing asking the judge for summary judgement on fraud as rmbs didn't appeal Payne's ruling on destroying documents.

Its only one side of the story and now rmbs has to present its side and I assume this is why the stock is weaker than others

Yesterday I commented that $13.10 (our German friend asked) was a bad entry since a breach of $13.10 could brng a fast $.75 plus decline, it did exactly that, the intermediate trend has turned negative on the bu$$, there is really no major support till around $10. I got back in prematurely at $12.61 and am looking for a bounce to just under $13.10.
