RS500 that's most likely a true statement, but what does it matter? SSOL can acquire more shares and then reverse split. So maybe putting out good news after dilution and before a R/S makes sense. LOL.

Real simple here, if news (good) is announced, then the BOD would NOT have to dilute Sooooooooo many shares to pay off the notes, and authorize another 3.5 BILLION shares.

Tell me what I am missing here.
