I have the same problem. I've been posting for 5 days but have not been upgraded either. Since my posts are being deleted by Tinroad because he is applying a rule of requiring absolute proof that what I say is true, the 3-rule limit is, in effect, virtually silencing me.
I am concerned that, although Tinroad has deleted two of my posts, he leaves the posts that responded to them that use selective quoting, on the board. He even made his own post disputing mine that he had deleted and did not post proof of his emphatic statement.
Matt publicly asked the board moderators to delete the response posts to posts that are deleted so that only one side of the argument remains.
If there is going to be a rule about providing proof when one posts something, then about 75% of the posts on that board need to be deleted.
The censorship issue is serious on that board. I'm not sure how Matt can solve it. I do hope that it will not be long before I can be upgraded so that at least I can have a couple posts that aren't deleted.
