good points Kaboom...most of these unlisted penny stocks, especially sub-pennies are 'story' stocks. PPBL had a good story with the transparency. This story is still somewhat in play but to let the stock price fall to this means that it'll need a 100% move just to get back to .0082 and 200% to get back to .012...news could get a double but confidence is shaken in this 'story' play...they'll have to 'rinse and repeaat' I'd think...hopefully the A/S stays where it is for a while...
