The problem is with timing. This was originally done quite transparently, it now seems that the given time frame was either off or fabricated. There really hasn't even been much buying down here which you would expect from insiders following such a deal which should have closed one week ago tomorrow.

some picked up shares at 003,
maybe sold at 005,

point is, the MO of the CEO
is pathetic for shareholders.
