Sorry, but you were the recipient of a fib. Hondo cannot process until they have an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) in place, and that takes a year or two, or never. Next time you chat with the CFO, ask them what the lead content of the materials being processed are. Ask them what the lead content of the waste materials being discharged are. Ask him where the discharge is going. These are the kinds of questions ADEQ will be asking, along with many other questions.
If the CFO says they have a "green" process or that they are in compliance with all environmental regulations, he is lying.
