Once again I ask the question, do you expect bureacrats to be (a) omniscient (b) omnipotent ?
What's so suprirsing about someone getting the bad news in the newspaper when only 12-16 hours earlier the all-clear was sounded. Is he supposed to don a superman suit and stay up all night? No wonder the lefties have an unrealistic expectation of government.
