In most cases you would have a point. Most pinkies dilute because they're scams and have no revenue and product. But in this instance your post must be strickly for your own amusement. I think most longs would agree that when you ACTUALLY have product and revenue its a totally different ball game. If you need to pay down debt from revenue gained its not nearly what the nayseyares are trying to make it out to be. If 12 million shares wipes out debt and makes it easier to continue to grow than I don't see the problem. I know this concept is foreign to most in pinky land but this happens every day on big board stocks and even private companies. You seem to forget that EP and Fred hold shares just as the "longs" do, and the share price affects them just the same.
