Continuing to call the Spin-Off and EX Dividend does not make it one. Post links to Spin-off info would make sense. And yes if it was an EX Divi it would drop after the distro. KATX dropped after the asset transfer, the Spin-off repays shareholders for shifted assets. The only thing in common with the EX Divi is the tax issue.
