The company is saying they will drill the well this week. So is it your opinion that the well will not be a proven oil production well? I think it will be and if so the pps will see new highs.

I'm no expert in finances - so if I can calculate my cost basis for my trades then I'm sure an auditor has no problem including shares in their calculations. I would assume any fluctuation after the negotiated price simply results in reportable gains or losses for the recipient when sold.
