I think all are well aware of the test results and I have a feeling everything is moving forward as it is in everyone's best interest. To delay would only cost more later and open themselves up to being hit at the last moment.

When a plant is going to use a technology to cure the Mercury or any other pollution, The EPA is informed by the plant and will monitor the testing and results in order to assure them of compliance. Everything has to be certified by the EPA for use.That is all gtgp needs as well as the plants.
