Because I think you are wrong that's why. You said the 25 mil were booked in the O/S from the annual report. Now you say it was a mis-type.

So you are saying.....Yuan gave MDGC $8750 in exchange for 25 million shares. It doesn't make much sense that Yuan who was suing MDGC would end up paying for shares in MDGC does it? The 25 million were private placement from January and the lawsuit was reported settled in February.

That is a stretch of the imagination IMO.
