Does he actually say there will be NO r/s? If he does actually say that, it would be a flip yet again as I think the company's latest position is..."we will do whatever we can to avoid doing that but...."(paraphrasing). I do believe he says that if he was gonna r/s this it would have been done by now. I will comment that they may not have a choice as the only financing they may actually be able to get in the end will require an r/s.
One foot in the grave...absolutely. Current mgmt has had 6 years to try to make a go at this and have run it down to where it is now. IF...if they finally do convince someone to loan them money to survive...they had better re-think how they do everything...otherwise they will be right back here in no time.imo
