What is Mr. Westergard's favorite color? This question and all you questions particular to MDGC's technology would be better directed to Mr. Westergard.

But, I will note that not even the White Spaces Coalition is working in the range of frequencies you mention.

IMO, now is the best time to buy. Read some of my older "MDGC" posts (from 2010). The business plan has changed; it's more directed, now but the technology and the company's base product is the same; a unique, efficient and proficient digital signal distribution system that helps bind to create contiguous spectrum.
