You can bet on some old familiar folks back on Monday trying to keep the price from running as we know it will. The ones who dumped many millions of shares from .05 to .04 in a day and quietly disappeared from this Board a month ago. One of those folks boasted a 400K profit as he dumped 10 million shares, then quietly slipped into the sea.

EXACTLY what I have been touting this whole time! WHY would the CEO AND other insiders be PERSONALLY holding over 60% of the O/S and NOT selling? HMMMMM? I wonder?

People sell shares for all kinds of reasons, but there is only ONE reason they buy and only ONE reason they hold!

We are truly standing on the shoulders of giants here. Just this one fact that you brought up proves more than anything that anyone can ever say about dillution, intentions, company future, justification of what little dillution is happening, chart interpretation, rumor, bashing, dogs and cats living together, or armageddon! It is the single unarguable difference between this gem ICPA and every other ticker symbol that anyone could draw from a hat. IT IS BLACK AND WHITE, CUT AND DRY. END OF ARGUMENT.

NO ONE intentionally looses money, ever.

OK, so maybe Steve Samblis is allergic to cash, that could be an indication of unreasonable dillution..... LOL
