Sir: It's obvious the AS will increase, and EEDG will issue non-registered, restricted shares. Although not currently part of the float (because they cannot yet be sold...Restrictive shares are most certainly part of OS, and are included in the market cap valuation of the company.Here's the definition of OS from Investopedia.

Definition of 'Outstanding Shares'
Stock currently held by investors, including restricted shares owned by the company's officers and insiders, as well as those held by the public.

btw, several Trillacorpe senior managers have filed for personal bankruptcy. IMO they would be the first to "dump" their shares.
