Everything you just said typifies a business that is mismanaged. You can blame it on the economy if you want, but the truth of the matter is Trillacorpe senior managers lack proper business planning skills. That is why their business failed. I mean, how in the world do you allow your VA Certification to lapse?

If EEDG does merge/acquire Trillacorpe...they should clean house and get rid of Trillacorpe legacy management. JMO

You're contradicting your prior post. You said last night Trillacorpe 2011 revenues came from contracts awarded in 2009/10. Right?

You don't know Trillacorpe's revenues are growing. In fact, revenues probably declined to $5 mil in 2012 because they have not regained their VA Certification.

Their growing again and still made 13mil last year.

In that article dated Sept 2011, they said the loss of their VA Certification resulted in the loss of $5 mil revenues. In actuality, their revenues declined $15-16 mil from 2010 (to 2011). Do you still think the loss of their VA Certification after 16 months is inconsequential to their future success. I don't. If it was a paperwork item, like you say, this would have been corrected already.

So I am not worried about whether they are vet certified or not because he is one of the most influential persons for veterans in the country. The certification status is a paperwork item related to ownership etc. I am sure if you ask the question on Tuesday they will answer you openly and honestly.

We also lost the $5 million in contracts we were about to win. It's had a tremendous effect on us. We've had to lay off around 25 people.
