Wow, so you are saying MDGC has had this space and has been using it for broadcating purposes for quite a while then. Thanks for the DD I beleive you are right that it is the same building.
So is that the current scam a rama? That some equipment on top the office building is MDGC's? That should be able to be verified. There is equipment like that on top of many taller buildings which can belong to anyone. The building owners themselves, phone companies, universities, emergency services, any myriad of other people or corporations that actually may be responsible for that minimal equipment that is on that roof. Could even be rented or leased and looks like equipment that may have been there for years.
With a little bit of calling to connect into the right person or division, I'm sure that whatever facts about any equipment on the roof could be verified to what or who exactly it is.
