What will be interesting to see as per the 8k is how much shares Punch will receive and at what price?? Will it be .05, .5, or even a dollar?!? This will be very interesting. Also have to keep in mind if/when the deal is closed ICPA will now rake in all of those advertising revenues, and the potential for growth with someone like Steve who has all of the inside routes. Not to mention Punch's current revenues will have to be taken into consideration when valuating ICPA. I am sure those revs will grow exponentially with a man like Steve at the helm in the future ;)
