I think you are going to find that the S E C will frown on the back-dating of the Spin-off Record Date and they will reject it -- turn it back to BVIG / KATX, and waste even more time -- AGAIN !!! These KAT people are a HUGE JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can't do anything right. Can you see them successfully operating a mine ? I sure can't.
