Newbie here. ICPA I have been stuying charts, learning everything I can b-4 diving in. Having that been said, I have watching several penny stks over the past few weeks and have seen astonomical growth in some and watch others not quite hit their bottom yet b4 they bounce. In regard to ICPA, i have researched historical data and press over a several year time period. How do any of you derive the opinion of ICPA hitting $1. plus? PLEASE NOTE: I ask that with the utmost respect. I am a newbie but I do realize that any answers to this question are in your honest opinion. Thank you in advance. Best of luck to all of you on ICPA.
