Tough questions are good. You should ask them we should. just pointing that in the construction industry projects run (on big projects) a year to two past the time of winning and or obtaining said project. Not like residential an gov project with paperwork take longer.

Projects in 2010 are initiated in 2007-2008 Typ. We had a recession and it will impact 2010-2011 or even 2012 but reality is it won't stay that way if they are respectable and good at what they do.

Do have the experience they have means they are.

I am asking the hard questions but also putting them with the overall picture.

Keep asking as it makes us all look.

I would wait for a drop,it has gone through the wash rinse phase three times,so technically it has people already a dime. Buy lower and then you will be happier you did!
