#2886 RE: QTRADERQ #2884

Look at it this way. What has eedg made last year? We know this year will be substantially better than last on there current trajectory.

Now add the potential for the work being done with drinkable air. And understand that Chavis is directly leading eedg as the main distributor.

Now add the new clients we will hear about

Now add repeat clients because they have done good work. Could we hear about 3M or another pepperidge or bigger?

That's not with the merger.

Now add the merger... Let's say they make only 4 mil instead of the 13 mil

What our pps worth? 10-20 times where it currently is based on share structure. Even if share structure is increased for restricted.

Now I ask you this. What does this merger bring to eedg? Not counting money? Big connections, successful track record, access to government projects and the ability to participate in much more having the vet relationship etc.

That opens the skill set to a whole new range of possibilities for build options.

You sold didn't you? Not confrontational just interpreting.

You can go to the gov website and track all the projects. Also to be bonded in $150mil is a big deal. They're real.

Also depending on types of contracts revs can vary year to year and yes in the big construction world it can vary in the mils.

They are going public for a reason!

Notice how they mentioned they didn't make any profits!

Big revenues sound nice, but are useless without profit!

Companies only go public for financing. This means they need money.

Sure they are doing restricted shares now, but can you guarantee it will still be restricted a year from now?

If they never gain profits, the stock is worthless.

#2909 RE: QTRADERQ #2884

Does anyone know of a PR (or a website link) that tracts Trillacorpe's contracts bidded on, and actual contracts awarded. Many company's do that. I think knowing Trillacorpe's actual awarded contracts would be useful in valuing EEDG today.

In another one of your post here, you say you like to do thorough research on a stock "before blindly buying based on pie-in-the-sky PPS estimates." This sounds like part of that research you need to do.

I was going to mention that the overall construction business/industry has taken a small hit with the housing bubble collapse, but mdeskm has already pointed this out. The fact that Trillacrope is actually still an ongoing construction company speaks pretty well to the quality of its management team. I wouldn't expect anything else from a bunch of veterans though.

While you are doing your research this week-end, don't forget to check out Drinkable Air. Unique equipment right there.

Don't forget to start with the quality share structure an 32 million float. If you actually come across something with this company that isn't quality, please let us know here.
