Did anyone see the article about the SEC shutting down around 300 penny stocks (halted trading to try and clean this mess up)?

that is not accurate at all. those suspensions had nothing to do with pumps or dumps. all of those suspended companies were inactive shells. the suspenions were just a precursor to revocation.

OPHI's original S-1 came back with 96 Comments from the SEC...No wonder it took 5 amendments to correct.
