If you wish to hang your hat on that, fine.
The original 20 ton processor was constructed to prove the process could scale up to a commercial sized unit. That was successful proven and the #2 unit was constructed based on experienced that was gained from the first unit. Throughput has been doubled and the design finalized. #2 was shoehorned, to some extent, into the original building.
The company now has the funds available and the design finalized. We will now see how quickly parts can be supplied, installed and operations begin both in Nigagara Falls and at RockTenn sites.
My guess is at least 12 processors will be operating at commercial level by the end of 2012.
