I agree there are good and bad.. But like we already discussed these guys aren't any worse than other execs... I would give them more latitude for being new at the game, with the excitement of the growth and a potential for new found fame and fortune.
They overshot in areas and are now trying to contain a business that growth has been so fast that it may have gotten away from them.
If the do put some Business people in place and start growing a mature company then it will be fine.. But in doing that there are going to be many more hoops to jump thru that other individuals will take advantage of
