I would think it will not change anything for their endorsements, however as part of the endorsement contract I would think they will not be able to push any products that are not NSF certified directly. But take a look at the marketing for each athlete, is their picture plastered with a particular product "Assault, MuscleGel" I don't think so.

Do not see how they can use or promote uncertified products, unless MLB or NFL has cleared their products with company paid for independent analysis. Not sure, but if they knew they were to be decertified, why sign up Bryce Harper...maybe they just wanted him to friend them on facebook.
